There is nothing like Universal’s Combat Conditioning Bootcamp to get you ripped, toned, stronger, fitter and faster. Your level of fitness does not matter, this 1 hour workout will get you results, this fun and dynamic class is completely different from anything you’ve ever done before. Working on principles of functional fitness and muscle confusion, Combat Conditioning drills help develop your cardio, abs, balance, agility, reflexes, strength, and of course your over all well being. You do the class according to your own level, if there is something too challenging or you have a pre-existing nagging injury, we always show you an easier alternative, so you get results, not excuses.
