No-Gi Jiu Jitsu

This style of Martial Arts concentrates on grappling and brings together techniques from Jiu-Jitsu, Freestyle Wrestling and Judo. No-Gi Jiu Jitsu is a great way to get in shape, while learning skills that can be used in Jiu Jitsu competition or real life situations. In general, our classes begin with a warm-up to increase stamina and fitness, following the warm-up various techniques will be covered such as submissions, sweeps, escapes, reversals and takedowns associated with grappling. Classes usually end with some light drills and free training with the student’s safety in mind.
